Krystal was amazing with helping us navigate through the unexpected induction of my child and was a great go to for my husband when he was supporting me. Though she couldn’t be there in person (due to COVID-19) that didn’t stop her. We were able to have her there virtually. She counted contractions advised on different procedures that I had to have done and even documented the process for us.

I just want to say what God did through my Whole life coach for me. Mid 2018 Krystal took my complex case. I was being treated for fibromyalgia yet the doctors said I didn't have fibromyalgia but didn't know what else to do.I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both hands, arthritis in left hand, tennis elbow in both arms, rheumatoid arthritis in my neck and spine. Arthritis was found in my right shoulder, sciatica on both sides and 2 herniated lower discs.I was taking at least 4 different pain medications, sleep aids and still couldn't sleep due to the pain and numbness throughout my body.But after this WOG spoke to me, prayed and wrote out a regiment for ME I can say I feel like I'm in my twenties again. I lost 23 pounds in the first thirty days and I am off ALL pain meds. I sleep through the night without pain and I thank God for using her to show me that I didn't have to accept the diagnosis from man and that I could feel this good with lifestyle changes that consist of nutritional changes, exercise, and supplements (self care) and ongoing spiritual development.
